February 28 – RAGBRAI Tier 1 deadline of $250 weeklong; $45 day pass
March 1 – RAGBRAI Tier 2 Increase to $275 weeklong; $50 day pass
March 13 (Thursday) – Club Meeting – 6:30 pm – Pella Memorial Building, (829 Broadway)
April 1 – RAGBRAI Tier 3 Increase to $300 weeklong; $60 day pass
April 1 – Let PCC know of your commitment to join us for RAGBRAI, if you have not yet registered online.
April 15 – Show’n’Go Ride every Tuesday evening at 5:45 until September, when we move our start time to 5:30 p.m. Volksweg Trailhead, University & W. 5th; ride the trail.
April 17 (Thursday) – Club Meeting – 6:30 p.m. – Location TBD
April 30 – PCC RAGBRAI Registration and fees payment deadline – All forms and payment must be received by this date.
May 1 – RAGBRAI Tier 4 Increase to $350 weeklong; $65 day pass
May 26 – Memorial Day Pancake Ride, a Pella Cycling Club tradition. Meet at Volksweg trailhead in Pella at 7:30 a.m. and ride to Sully for breakfast at Sully Christian Grade School (18 miles to Sully). Various route options available for return ride. Rider’s present will choose the route.
June 1 – No RAGBRAI or PCC refunds offered after June 1
June 5 – Bicycle Safety Rodeo at Thursday Nights in Pella – South side of Pella’s Town Square
June 11 – July 3 – RAGBRAI Packet Mailing (all packets sent individually from RAGBRAI)
July 4 – Fourth of July Breakfast Ride – 7:30 a.m. Meet at Volksweg Trailhead. Past years have ridden to Knoxville for breakfast and then back to Pella.
July 10 (Thursday) – Club Meeting – 6:30 p.m. – Location TBD
July 19-26 – RAGBRAI LII (Orange City To Guttenberg)
September 1 – Labor Day Breakfast Ride – 7:30 a.m. Meet at Volksweg Trailhead. In past have ridden to Knoxville for breakfast and then back to Pella.
September 6 – Tour de Rock – Sponsored by Pella Cycling Club. More details to come later.
